Hirevox Group UK are seeking an experienced HR Manager our close client based in Birmingham. This is for a Highways and Civil Engineering Contractor who have exciting expansion plans.
Objective:
As the HR Manager, you will provide support & guidance to the team across all areas of the HR function while effectively managing & developing within the business.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all recruitment and selection.
- Create & drive the engagement strategy within the company.
- Proactive management of all ER casework.
- Leading absence management and disciplinary / grievance meetings
- Implement and maintain handbook and all policies and procedures
- Implement benefits and rewards.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years in a HR management role, construction sector would be preferred
- CIPD Level 5 desirable
- Experience in driving employee engagement.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
