In the unlikely event of a candidate leaving we do offer a free replacement and a very fair rebate period should we not find a suitable replacement.
Our rebate period is as follows, should the candidate leave within the first 4 weeks = 75% refund, 4-6 weeks = 50% refund, 6-8 weeks = 25% refund
