Hirevox Group UK are seeking a dedicated Purchase Ledger Assistant for one of our Construction clients this role will be to support our Company

Accountant in maintaining an efficient and seamless Purchase Ledger.

Key Responsibilities

  • Invoice Handling: Process high volume supplier invoices daily.
  • Supplier Payments: Ensure timely execution of payments.
  • Statement Reconciliations
  • Query Resolution: Address supplier queries via phone and email.
  • Handle various ad-hoc tasks
  • Maintaining all purchase ledger records.
