Hirevox Group UK are seeking a dedicated Purchase Ledger Assistant for one of our Construction clients this role will be to support our Company
Accountant in maintaining an efficient and seamless Purchase Ledger.
Key Responsibilities
- Invoice Handling: Process high volume supplier invoices daily.
- Supplier Payments: Ensure timely execution of payments.
- Statement Reconciliations
- Query Resolution: Address supplier queries via phone and email.
- Handle various ad-hoc tasks
- Maintaining all purchase ledger records.
