Due to the fast-paced construction and groundworks industry, we provide workers on a same day basis with the skill set to suit our clients requirements.
Our ever-growing CRM database of over 60,000 workers in the UK which are specifically set into industries and coded skillsets, gives us access to the right workers in quick time.
Our team of dedicated consultants all work from mobile phones to ensure you can get a hold of them outside work hours if required.
How we work on Temps:
– We agree a day or hourly rate, and supply the workers to our client.
– We manage the payroll/timesheets with the workers and each week send their hours for approval.
– Once the client has approved the hours worked, we then pay the workers every Friday.
– We then will issue an invoice at the agreed rate and their approved hours offering 30 day payment terms.
