Responsibilities
- Manage subcontractor relationships.
- Negotiate new contracts
- Cost estimating, budget analysis, and cash flow forecasts/analysis
- Prepare reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Advise on improvements and new strategies.

- Variations
- Maintain professional relationships with client
- Travel to various sites as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential development projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, procurement methods, and cost management process
- Strong attention to detail.
